Active 主動式腳踏是什麼?
值得一提的是近年模擬賽車界出現一個新趨勢——主動式（Active）腳踏板。傳統模擬賽車腳踏板（不論是電位器、負載感應器 Load Cell，甚至是液壓款）都屬於 被動式 設計，踏板的阻力與回饋是由彈簧、橡膠墊或液壓阻尼固定提供，踩感幾乎是固定的，想改變必須手動換彈簧或阻尼。
Active Pedals 則不同，它內部有 高精度伺服摩打（或線性摩打），能即時改變踏板的阻力與回饋曲線。
- 摩打由控制器與軟體驅動，可根據遊戲內情況動態調整。
- 可以模擬真車的剎車鎖死感、ABS 介入、離合器結合點，甚至引擎震動。
- 踩感不再是固定值，而是「遊戲事件驅動」。
